Lifestyle and nutrition has everything to do with our mental health, happiness, and professional potential. We’ll look at your habits as they pertain to these areas of your life. This often requires a 2-3 month time commitment. Every person is unique and needs a personal set of goals and objectives. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, paleo, ketogenic, or Mediterranean, your plan has to be right for you. The architecture of our experience is behavioral, educational and motivational in nature. We need to explore how we’ve built patterns into our lives that don’t serve us and strategically replace them with better ones. We also need to learn a lot! Understanding the ‘why’ behind your lifestyle is crucial to the longevity of your change. Lastly, coaching requires a more directive approach compared to therapy. We’ve got a lot to accomplish! This requires a little bit of accountability, mixed in with a great deal of empathy and understanding.
